Coastal Boat Rental – Terms and Conditions for Eco Tours

  1. Tour Duration and Description
     Each EcoTour is approximately two (2) hours long and includes a guided experience along the coastal region, highlighting local ecosystems, marine life, and scenic landmarks. Departure and return times will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  2. Minimum Passenger Requirement
     A minimum of four (4) paying passengers is required for the tour to operate. If this minimum is not met 24 hours prior to departure, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for another available date.
  3. Weather-Related Cancellations
     The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. EcoTours may be canceled or rescheduled in the event of adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, storms, or unsafe sea states. Weather cancellations will be made at the discretion of the captain or company staff. In the event of a weather cancellation:
  • Guests will be notified as soon as possible.

  • A full refund or the option to reschedule will be provided.

  1. Guest Cancellations
     Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable, except in the case of documented emergencies or at the discretion of the company.
  2. Arrival and Check-In
     Guests are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may miss the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Liability and Safety
     All guests are required to follow safety instructions provided by the crew. Life jackets will be provided and must be worn when instructed. By participating in the tour, guests acknowledge the inherent risks of marine activities and waive liability for injuries or losses not caused by the negligence of the company or its staff.
  4. Conduct
     We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence, disruptive, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 Coastal Boat Rental is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought on board.
